Blue Nile Yoga is inspired by Ancient Kemet, the spiritual traditions and mysteries birthed and nurtured on that sacred land; the Nile waters that historically flooded the land every year during summer monsoons, bringing with it minerals picked up along the way and deposited on what would otherwise have been barren desert; transmuting it into rich, fertile soil.
Blue Nile Yoga is built on this very principle – harvesting richness from the union (the yoga) of “essential minerals” to transmute pain into pleasure.

My name is Nicole. I’m an Integrative Wellness Practitioner, Authentic Tantra® Practitioner and Yoga and Meditation Instructor with hundreds of hours of training in Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Yoga Nidra. I have a degree in Kinesiology and Heath Sciences…and that education, it instilled in me scientific rigour that I rely on to support my own intuitive discernment.
Holistic wellness has been a lifelong pursuit. I was born and raised in the Caribbean, intimate with the earth – I’ve been drawn to herbs and food as medicine – in love with the mystical, with magic and spirit. I’ve been captivated by the power of the sun and the mystery of the moon, the tides of the ocean and the healing available to us all. I’ve discovered that there is so much more than what can be seen with the naked eye. I’ve come to know and embody that WE ARE ENERGY BEINGS!
